Mock Communities of Schools Discussion Videos
These videos have been made at the request of Kent school leaders in order to exemplify the new system of Communities of Schools meetings.
The intention is not to provide perfect examples of conversations, as this is a new process which will develop iteratively. In these videos you can see that throughout the course of production, the Inclusion Champion team modified their approach, taking on board feedback from each other and critical friends who were observing the meeting, trialling adaptations.
All of the case studies provided are entirely fictitious, with offers of support and suggested programmes or solutions used to exemplify how a collaborative problem-solving approach could be used.
