The Education People are a one-stop shop for education services. Since 2018 they have been providing services to Kent maintained schools on behalf of Kent County Council, as well as offering traded services both inside the county and beyond.

If you have any issues or complaints regarding The Education People you should first contact The Education People and follow their complaints procedure, details of which can be found on their website
Only once you have followed The Education People’s complaints procedure to conclusion and are dissatisfied with the outcome can you apply to the council for resolution using the online form
Once your complaint has been received, Kent County Council staff will liaise with The Education People to confirm the complaint has been addressed under their procedure and, if so, forward it to the Partnership Operations Board of the contract who will then review the complaint and respond within 6 weeks.
