School workforce census data analysis

How do we use the data?

Your Local Authority, Kent County Council, will use the data acquired from the census for research and statistical purposes; and to evaluate and develop education policy and strategies.

The statistics that are used from the census will be anonymous so that individual staff cannot be identified from them.
