Porchlight - The BeYou Project
21 June 2018
Help and advice for LGBT+ young people in Kent.
It's important that young people identifying as LGBT+ have a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space where they can meet to socialise, have fun and help each other.
The BeYou Project connects young people in Kent who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or unsure of their sexual orientation and / or gender identity.
It currently operates in Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley, and also in Swale. The scheme is funded by local NHS organisations and run by the charity Porchlight
The inclusion Support Service Kent (ISSK) work in partnership with Porchlight. ISSK will be delivering two training sessions this year at the Innovation Centre Medway, ME5 9FD.
