The Department for Education have recently received a small number of reports about someone calling education settings claiming to be from the DfE’s “Prevent and Counter Extremism Team”.

Exams can be a stressful time for any child, but for those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), the challenges can be even greater.

Families across the county are finding out today the primary schools where their children have been offered places from September 2024, with more than nine out of ten being offered their first preference.
