Triple D and S Pilot - West Kent

The Triple D and S Child and Young Person’s Partnership Forum for professionals in West Kent will continue until the end of March 2026.
Its purpose is to recommend the most appropriate support for children and young people engaged with Kent and Medway services in West Kent.
The Forum provides a safe space for professionals to share information (with consent) and explore innovative support options, improving mental health outcomes and user experience. It focuses on under-18s who struggle with emotional wellbeing despite structured interventions from statutory or VCSE services.
This is an online, professional-only meeting that complements existing multi-agency meetings and targets early intervention and emotional wellbeing needs, ensuring professionals feel supported. Primary responsibility remains with the presenting organisation.
