Racial incidents survey 2023-24

We are asking schools to complete the survey with any incidents that occurred in the 2023-24 academic year. The online survey replaces the old paper version and asks for the same information; no additional data is being requested.

If you have been recording your incidents on the monthly "as it happens" survey throughout the year, then you do not need to complete this survey as well.

For those of you who did not have any racial incidents in 2023-24, please go to the survey and enter your DfE number and school name and select the “No” button for the question: “Have there been any incidents in your school between 01/09/2023 and 31/08/2024?”

Please note that the website will time-out if there are long periods of inactivity so please ensure you complete your submission swiftly.

There is a Print button on the survey that will print all the data you have entered. It will also print confirmation of a nil return. You will need to have enabled "pop ups" on your PC for the print option to work.
