Report Racial Incidents for 2025/26 Academic Year

Please use the above survey to report any incidents that occurred in your school during the 2025/26 Academic Year.

Some important information for you to note:

  • There is a Print button on the survey that will print all the data you have enteredÍž it will also print confirmation of a nil return. To be able to view and print the report you need to ensure pop ups are not blocked on your PC.
  • This website will time-out after 90 minutes so please ensure you complete your submission swiftly.
    **If you have multiple incidents to record that may take you over the 90 minute limit, these can be made across more than 1 submission if needed.**
  • To report a Nil Return for those of you who did not have any racial incidents, please go to the survey and enter your DfE number and school name and click the “No” button for the question: “Have there been any incidents in your school between 01/09/2025 and 31/08/2026?”

Please do not enter data into the survey above if you have been using the 'as it happens' survey (below) throughout the year to record racial incidents. If you are unsure if you have already submitted data to us, please email Management Information at MIEducation&WiderEH@kent.gov.uk.

We have created an online recording tool for schools to enter details of any racial and bullying incidents that occur within school as soon as they happen.

Completing the online reporting form throughout the year will remove the need for the annual return.
