Racial Incidents Survey 2017-18

We are asking schools to complete the survey with any incidents that occurred in the 2017/18 academic year. The online survey replaces the old paper version and asks for the same information; no additional data is being requested.

If you have been recording your incidents on the "as it happens" survey throughout the year, then you do not need to complete this survey as well.

For those of you who did not have any racial incidents in 2017-18, please go to the survey and enter your DfE number and school name and click the “No” button for the question: “Have there been any incidents in your school between 01/09/2017 and 31/08/2018?”

There is a Print button on the survey that will print all the data you have entered; it will also print confirmation of a nil return. You will need to have enabled "pop ups" on your PC for the print option to work. Please see the same web page as above for guidance on how to do this.

We would be grateful if you could complete the online survey (even if a nil return) by Friday 23 November 2018.
