We are thrilled to be sharing Pathways for All on LinkedIn - our ambitious county-wide initiative designed to ensure every young person in Kent has access to appropriate, meaningful post-16 opportunities.

Our vision

We’re committed to making further education, training and employment pathways across Kent accessible, ambitious and appropriate for all young people - whatever their background or starting point.

Why it matters

Many young people face barriers when transitioning to their next steps at school, college or to an apprenticeship or work. The full review highlights a range of issues we need to work on. At the heart of responding to these issues is collaboration. By working together - schools, colleges, training providers, employers and community partners - we can build a stronger, more coherent local offer that meets every learner’s needs. It’s about more than qualifications - it’s about raising aspirations, improving careers guidance, strengthening mental health support, creating better transitions and building a supportive, strong local offer.
