Digital Kent's Digital Employability Experience Platform (DEX)

It helps users explore career pathways, discover local support and develop the skills needed for education, employment and independent living.

For children, young people and families, DEX provides access to a wide range of resources, including digital skills support, employability services, training opportunities, community organisations and information about local services. The platform can support young people as they prepare for further education, apprenticeships, training and employment, while helping them build confidence and thrive in an increasingly digital world.

We recognise that many families can face barriers relating to digital access, skills development, employment and the rising cost of living. DEX has been developed to make it easier to find relevant support, services and opportunities in one place, helping individuals access resources that meet their needs and aspirations.

Please note that DEX is not a job recruitment website or vacancy portal. Instead, it connects individuals with organisations, training opportunities, digital skills support, employability services and resources that can help them progress towards learning and employment opportunities.
