County LADO Service (CLS) - Enquiries process

On Monday 16 October the County LADO Service introduced a new app which was designed to allow you to make an enquiry relating to a concern raised about a member of the children’s workforce. Unfortunately, we have been having issues with this app, and will now return to our previous enquiries process. Please discontinue use of this app.

If you have an enquiry, please send an email in the first instance to kentchildrenslado@kent.gov.uk. This will be addressed by the LADO Enquiries Officer.

An enquiry is not a referral, and if you have immediate safeguarding concerns you must refer, as usual, to the police or Front Door Service.
