SLCN Case Studies & Resources
In Kent we are developing a SLCN Community to enable all schools and settings to find out more about what works for SLCN and how we can learn from each other to help improve SLCN outcomes for children and young people.
The case studies will be regularly updated to give a summary of a specific provision which supports speech, language and communication, why a school or setting has implemented it and how they know it is making a difference.
The resources have been developed with the support of schools and settings who have completed the Balanced System®: Scheme for Schools and Settings Accreditation and/or professionals who are supporting SLCN across our county.
