SENIF Review Form

The SENIF Review Form form can be used when:

• An active SENIF agreement has previously been in place for a child and where their current agreement has come/is coming to an end
• they continue to be of pre-school age
• they continue to be an open case to the Specialist Teaching and Learning Service
• you consider SENIF to continue to be a requirement to enable them to access the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Please remember SENIF is not backdated, to ensure no break in any agreement please ensure that the request is submitted, with all required detail, no later than the last day of the month in which the current agreement ends.  If the request is received after this point, if an ongoing can be made, it will commence from the start of the month following receipt of the request.

If the SENIF Review Form is submitted when SENIF has not been previously in place for a child then you may be asked to complete the SENIF Request Form process  and submit all required evidence to ensure we have the level of detail required to consider your request.
