Year 7 data for Secondary Schools 2026

The initial Excel file contains UPNs and contextual data from the original admissions offers. As this may be slightly out of date we are also offering an updated file to include any pupils who have won appeals etc.

The data fields in the contextual file are:

The fields marked with a * are only available for pupils who attended a Kent primary school (not independent) at the time of the January 2026 School Census.

** Pupil Premium data for Looked After Children has not yet been fully updated for 2026/27 so we will include both 2025/26 and 2026/27 indicators. This is also only available for pupils who attended a Kent primary school (not independent) at the time of the January 2025 or 2026 School Census.

Schools can choose to purchase either the contextual only offer at a cost of £165 or the combined contextual and KS2 results offer for a cost of £200. KS2 results will be transferred via Perspective Lite and email in July. An automatic email will be generated by Angel Solutions when the results file is ready to be downloaded.

The UPN and contextual file will be emailed (password protected) to the email address supplied on the attached order form. This data will be ready by the beginning of June.
