Year 7 data for Secondary Schools - 2025

Management Information are offering Secondary Schools the chance to obtain UPN, contextual data and KS2 results for their September 2025 Year 7 intake.

The initial Excel file contains UPNs and contextual data from the original admissions offers. As this may be slightly out of date we are also offering an updated file to include any pupils who have won appeals etc.

The data fields in the contextual file are:

  • UPN
  • Surname
  • Forename
  • Middle Names
  • DOB
  • Gender
  • Preferred Surname
  • Former Surname
  • Former UPN
  • **Pupil Premium Deprivation Indicator for 2025-26
  • **Pupil Premium Service Child Indicator for 2025-26
  • **Pupil Premium Adopted from Care Indicator for 2025-26
  • **Pupil Premium Looked After Child Indicator for 2024-25 and 2025-26
  • *FSM Eligibility January 2025
  • *Pupil First Language January 2025
  • *Ethnicity January 2025
  • *SEN Provision January 2025
  • *Primary SEN Need January 2025
  • *Secondary SEN Need January 2025
  • Current Primary School details

The fields marked with a * are only available for pupils who attended a Kent primary school (not independent) at the time of the January 2025 School Census.

** Pupil Premium data for Looked After Children has not yet been fully updated for 2025/26 so we will include both 2024/25 and 2025/26 indicators. This is also only available for pupils who attended a Kent primary school (not independent) at the time of the January 2024 or 2025 School Census.

Schools can choose to purchase either the contextual only offer at a cost of £150 or the combined contextual and KS2 results offer for a cost of £200. KS2 results will be transferred through Perspective Lite and email in July. An automatic email will be generated by Angel Solutions when the results file is ready to be downloaded.

The UPN or contextual file will be emailed (password protected) to the email address supplied on the order form. This data will be ready towards the end of May.
