Year 7 data for Secondary Schools - 2021

Management Information are again offering Secondary schools the chance to obtain UPN and Contextual information for their September 2021 Year 7 intake.
With no KS2 assessments taking place again this year, the Excel file will contain UPNs and contextual data from the original admissions offers. As this may be slightly out of date we are also offering an updated file to include any pupils who have won appeals etc.
The data fields in the contextual file are:
- UPN
- Surname
- Forename
- Middle Names
- DOB
- Gender
- Preferred Surname
- Former Surname
- Former UPN

- Current Primary School details.
The fields marked with a * are only available for pupils who attended a Kent Primary school (not Independent) at the time of the January 2021 School Census.

The purchase price of £100 remains the same as in previous years.
The UPN contextual file will be emailed (password protected) to the email address supplied on the order form. This data will be ready around the beginning of June.
