Students at Rowhill school interviewed for the Assistant Directors of SEN

On Friday 9 May, three students from Rowhill school in Longfield undertook an introduction to Recruitment and Selection, developed the interview questions and then had the opportunity to interview the candidates for the Assistant Director of SEN Strategy and Assistant Director of SEN Strategy and Quality Assurance.

The group enjoyed a pizza lunch as a thank you for their hard work.

We were joined by Murphy the Trainee Therapy Dog, who was very well behaved and enjoyed being part of the interviews.
