School Admissions information

All primary schools were sent a list of their Year 6 children who have applied for secondary school places for 2026 entry so far.

Please refer to email sent to your school on Tuesday 11 November with instructions on where to download the list and what to do next - please do not contact parents directly, as it is possible they applied since the list was sent or they listed the wrong primary school name. Instead we have a form for schools to fill out if children are missing. If you cannot find the email we sent to you please email the admissions team (contact details below).

Summary of upcoming Admissions dates:

• Secondary schools sent preference numbers on Friday 12 December
• Secondary schools sent ranking list information by Monday 5 January
• Secondary ranking briefings will be held on Tuesday 6 and Thursday 8 January - further information and joining instructions to follow
• Primary Admissions application deadline for parents is Thursday 15 January
