We would like to update you on the release dates for 2015 Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 unvalidated data, and phonics data.

The Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 and phonics data will be published as follows:

  • Interactive reports – available from 9am on Friday 16 October 2015
  • Summary reports – available from 9am on Tuesday 20 October 2015
  • Primary inspection dashboards – by 9am on Thursday 22 October 2015

LA populated RAISEonline will be updated on the following dates:

  • Interactive reports – available from 9am on Friday 23 October 2015
  • Summary reports – available from 9am on Tuesday 27
    October 2015

The 2015 Key Stage 1 unvalidated reports will reflect the data received by the Department for Education (DfE) by the collection deadline.

The 2015 Key Stage 2 unvalidated data in RAISEonline will not reflect the outcome of amendments requested by schools during the annual performance tables' checking exercise. Schools that want to produce a report which takes these into account, can use the 'data management' function in RAISEonline to make local amendments and produce a 'school's own' report. Information on how to do this can be found in the RAISEonline library.

Last year's update to legislation granted access to predecessor data on RAISEonline for sponsor led academies and other schools such as free schools, and, where relevant, to governing bodies associated with these schools.

Since 1 October 2015, RAISEonline has been adapted to help all users navigate to predecessor data in a simpler way. Users are now able to view the previous school's/schools' data via the current school, by clicking the 'Logged in as …' link at the top of the screen, which will display any associated predecessor schools. Detailed guidance on accessing predecessor data through this link is provided in the RAISEonline library in the 'Training materials to support your understanding of RAISEonline' folder.
