Online East Area Directory of Support Services

Last year the Canterbury and Thanet Local Children’s Partnership Groups (LCPGs) highlighted the need for a district directory of services, to make it clearer and more accessible for partners to be able to effectively signpost and refer families to appropriate support. Therefore, as one of our actions, we collaboratively developed a word version district Directories of Services for Canterbury and Thanet which we launched in September 2020 and updated in May 2021.

This September we are pleased to launch an updated, new look, online MS Sway version of these directories, as one combined East Area Directory of Support Services. This is designed to be viewed alongside the County and National Support Services Directory (compiled by our colleagues in the North).

We do hope you find this useful and easy to navigate. You will be able to access this without needing to set up a Sway account and you can share the link with others. Please contact Jenny.Hanna@kent.gov.uk if you have any difficulties, wish to feedback, or if you are aware of a service you wish to add or amend on here. Please note that services included are known to our partnership at the time the Directory was developed and last updated. This format is easier for us to update in real time, so we will keep updating it with any new services we become aware of, and we will alert you to these in our monthly East Kent Partnership Bulletin. Please note the disclaimers at the top and bottom of the Directory. If you require a printable version, please be in touch and we will support you with this.
