New GDPR compliant Privacy Notice for School Workforce

Being transparent and providing accessible information to staff about how you will use their personal information is a key element of the GDPR.
The GDPR includes a longer and more detailed list of information that must be provided in a privacy notice and this means that the new template privacy notice is much more detailed than in the past.
The new GDPR template replaces the current notice that schools issue to staff. Please check the parts in red as some will need details entered and some will only apply to specific schools.
