New FM Mobilisation visits

They are now starting to mobilise and one of their first tasks is to visit every site to undertake a survey of the Assets (i.e. boilers, fire doors etc.) so that they can check these Assets are present and ensure they have a comprehensive list of Assets (Asset Register) that are maintained. This means that once the contract starts and a user contacts the service desk they will be aware what is on site and can attend as appropriate for maintenance visits etc.

Skanska will have the contact details for all of the sites in the East and West and will be able to visit these sites easily as they will already hold the majority of the information as they have previously been maintaining these Assets.

For those in the Mid Kent or Amey area, Skanska will be making contact to arrange the surveys in the coming days.
