Minimum Wage Increase Premises Cleaning Framework

In line with the terms of the premises cleaning framework agreement, the price will increase as of 1st October 2015.

The adult rate of the National Minimum Wage will rise by 20 pence from £6.50 to £6.70 per hour, as recommended by the Low Pay Commission in March this year. This calculates to a price increase of approximately 2.5% on the premises cleaning framework agreement.

I am currently in discussions with all the contractors regarding the compulsory National Living Wage due to be introduced in April 2016 for all working people aged 25 and over, set at £7.20 per hour.
