Mental Health Awareness Week commenced on Monday 10 May, with the 2021 focus being out in nature.

Here at Kooth we wanted to make you aware of the resources available to assist within your school, college or organisation. If you're looking for some resources to use with your students, be it for PSHE, tutor time or for a wellbeing session, we have the following:
