We are inviting school practitioners and partners to share their views, experiences and suggestions as part of the SEND Reform plan.
Your feedback is essential in helping us understand what is working well and where improvements can be made. It will directly inform how provision, support and collaboration continue to evolve through the SEND Reform programme.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated. The survey will close on Tuesday 5 May at 12noon.
