Kent and Medway Domestic Abuse Strategy 2024 to 2029

Schools are on the frontline supporting children and families impacted by domestic abuse.

This role spans education, working with young people to support understandings of healthy relationships and respectful boundaries and helping to keep young people safe when they are impacted by abuse.

The Kent and Medway Domestic and Sexual Abuse Partnership are keen to know what schools think and are consulting on the 2024 to 2029 strategy

The Partnership include the Police, KCC, Medway, the Police and Crime Commissioner, DWP, the NHS, Kent Fire and Rescue, Probation and all district, city and borough areas and will shape project development over the next five years.

The public consultation is now live and will run until Monday 9 October.
