Kent & Medway Funding Fair - Early Bird Discount ends soon

Are you involved in a community or voluntary group? Need help and advice on where to find funding? Then this is the event for you!
A funding fair to help voluntary and community groups to access more cash for their projects will be held on 1 June at The Skinners’ Kent Academy, Sandown Park, Tunbridge Wells TN2 4PW. You can view the event on Kelsi here.
Exhibitors and speakers confirmed so far include the Big Lottery Fund, Small Charities Coalition, Kent County Council, Kent Sports Trust, Heritage Lottery Fund, Arts Council and the Kent Community Foundation.
Delegates will have the opportunity to meet a range of different funders in person. Advice will be offered in writing bids, funding strategies, business planning, tendering, legacies and developing budgets.
The day will be hosted by Funding For All, a charity that mentors voluntary organisations and community groups across Kent and Medway. In 2014/15, Funding For All has helped 123 community organisations which had helped to secure over £1million in funding .
There will be presentations from leaders in the field and workshops that cover everything from getting corporate support to opportunities in European funding.

A range of informative seminars including Big Lottery Fund, Charity Bank and Tudor Trust are bookable in advance, as well as individual sessions with expert funding mentors from Funding For All, whose sessions are provided free of charge on the day. The funding fair runs from 8.45am until 4pm.
