Keeping pace with business change, keeping you fit for the future

The theme for the 2018 health and safety ‘Euroweek’ campaign is particularly relevant for public services where rapid and constant change has been established as the norm.

We will explore how Kent has successfully managed the “austerity years” through sensible change and innovation and look at the impact this has had on KCC staff and the way we work.

Speakers will cover:

  change, agile working and new working arrangements.

  Expectations on public services, abusive behaviour and the psychological impact of exposure to
  challenging customers.
• Wellbeing
  Building resilience, maintaining work/life balance, keeping well and reminders of what KCC offer to
  help staff manage their health and wellbeing.

This seminar will be of interest to most KCC staff and of special interest to managers, team leaders and supervisors of frontline teams, providing an opportunity to reflect on building staff resilience.
