KCC commissioned Public Health services survey

This is to inform the KCC Public Health Transformation programme which aims to review Public Health services to ensure they are impactful, cost-effective and robust for the future.

We would encourage you to fill out the survey to help us plan future services. It has eight sections around different elements of the Kent School Public Health Service and what it offers to schools to support children and their families.
