Invitation to NELFT CYPMHS Kent conference - 8 and 9 October 2018

Since 1 September 2017 NELFT have been providing the Children and Young People's Mental Health Service (CYPMHS) and All Age Eating Disorder Service across Kent.

We would like to take this opportunity to invite all stakeholders across Kent to join a one day conference with an agenda that includes:

• Strategic partnerships and system transformation
• Update on progress of the new model and care pathways over the last year
• Transformation journey including CYP-IAPT, RTT and CWP.
