Healing Together Programme

We are pleased to invite expressions of interest from practitioners across Kent and Medway to become accredited facilitators of the Healing Together Programme, developed by Innovating Minds.

A number of training places have been funded by the Police and Crime Commissioner.

The Healing Together Programme is a trauma-informed, evidence-based intervention designed to support children and young people who have been impacted by domestic abuse. It provides accessible, body-based tools to help individuals feel safe and regulated and is suitable for delivery in both educational and community settings.

Why Get Involved?

  • Access to high-quality training and resources
  • Ongoing support and supervision from Innovating Minds
  • Opportunity to deliver impactful early intervention work
  • Join a national network of trauma-informed practitioners.

We are particularly keen to hear from:

  • Schools (pastoral staff, FLOs, SENCOs)
  • Early Help teams
  • Family Hubs
  • Youth and community organisations
  • Services working with vulnerable children and families.

Please see the Healing Together Programme brochure for further information.

If you are interested please complete the Expression of Interest form by Friday 20 June 2025.

Shortlisted applicants may then be asked further questions to help us with the shortlisting process.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss the programme further, please contact deborah@innovatingmindscic.com.

We look forward to hearing from you.
