NSPCC learning - empowering safer schools

The NSPCC are proud to offer free, high-quality teaching resources and professional training for all educational staff and settings, including early years, primary, secondary, SEND and PRU’s.

From tackling forms of abuse to promoting healthy relationships, our programmes like talk PANTS, talk relationships, and our flagship primary programme speak out, stay safe equip educators and young people with practical tools to stay safe and meet your statutory safeguarding requirements providing accessible, authoritative guidance and promoting good safeguarding policies and procedures.

NSPCC learning includes:

  • Subject specialisms - criminal exploitation, the impact of neglect and the specific needs of young children

  • Offers professional training and development and accessible CPD qualifications.

NSPCC speak out, stay safe

The fully funded flagship safeguarding programme, speak out, stay safe, empowers children to recognise the signs of abuse and understand how to get help - giving them the confidence to speak up and understand services like NSPCC Childline are always here to help them.

The programme is designed to help children confidently express their understanding using age-appropriate language, it includes structured lesson plans, engaging multimedia resources, and clear learning outcomes - making it easy to embed into your existing curriculum.

The programme:

  • Supports statutory safeguarding requirements - ensures children learn about abuse and neglect in an age-appropriate way that aligns with school curriculums
  • Engages pupils effectively - where available, in person workshops delivered by the NSPCC, interactive virtual assemblies, follow-up resources and new follow-up lesson plans, with brand new SEND resources for 2026
  • Inclusive for all learners - BSL assembly videos and specialist resources for children who have SEND
  • Straightforward to deliver - high quality resources that are easy to implement.
