Digital and Printed Resources for March return to schools

Free COVID-19 printed and digital signage offer for schools.
We recently ran a survey with schools to find out how we can help you remind parents, guardians and students to keep social distancing, and encourage compliance with coronavirus (COVID-19) guidelines to prevent further outbreaks.
The feedback we received showed a very clear need, particularly in primary schools, for us to support schools with positive messaging to communicate social distancing at school gates.
This messaging would need to be on weatherproof signage with ties that can be attached to fences and school gates to encourage social distancing.
In response to your feedback, we're providing the following printed and digital resources.
Printed resources
To reinforce social distancing messages, we can provide schools with:
- weatherproof banners
- A3 weatherproof posters
- A4 weatherproof posters
- footprint pavement stickers.

Receiving your order
If you have not received your order by Friday 19 March, email designandbrand@kent.gov.uk.
Ordered items will be printed and delivered directly to your school as soon as possible.
Our funding
These materials are funded by the Contain and Outbreak Management Fund that we are administering on behalf of central Government.
This funding is to help all schools across Kent. Depending on demand, we may need to limit larger orders to make sure equitable and needs-based distribution.
Digital resources
In addition to the printed resources available to order, we can also offer digital assets for your website and social media channels.

Printable posters
We have created four posters for you to download and print:
- "Thank you, let's keep going", which features space for your own message
- "Keep a safe distance"
- "Keep our school safe"
- "Thank you for keeping your distance from others".
All are available in either A3 (29.7 x 42.0 cm) or A4 (21.0 x 29.7 cm).
