Community of Schools Update

Thank you to all of you who attended the schools KiT meeting on Wednesday 20^th May. There was a lot of information shared and the slides are available here (insert link) . We would also like to welcome the new team of Community Clerks.

Some communities have not had a professional experience of clerking and thank you to those communities for your patience. A new team has been recruited and are now in post so please make them welcome during your meetings. Clerks will make contact with chairs in Term 6 to set meeting dates for the new academic year. This team will also support with governance and the provision of information to support quality assurance and consistency of decision making as the Community of Schools model becomes more embedded in 2026/2027.

As is usual at this time of year, evaluation of the model, it's implementation and the identification of what improvements are required will take place over Term 6. Simultaneously, the first evaluation of the Professional Resource Group (PRG) will also take place with a view to the system moving forward.
