Children and young people emotional wellbeing and mental health workshops

Kent’s emotional wellbeing and mental health workshops are a valuable opportunity for education settings and partner agencies to come together and strengthen support for children and young people across the county.

These district-based workshops run throughout the academic year and are designed to:

  • Improve confidence in supporting emotional wellbeing
  • Share practical resources and expert insights
  • Build collaboration between schools and services
  • Provide networking opportunities.

Each workshop focuses on a locally chosen topic, featuring presentations from expert speakers who share specialist knowledge, evidence-based resources and good practice tailored to local needs.

“95% of attendees feel more confident supporting young people’s emotional wellbeing and mental health after attending.”
