16 to 19 Review: Findings and draft recommendations now out for consultation

The nine key findings and recommendations are based on extensive and substantial fieldwork. This included interviews with 83 members of staff from the sector, particularly schools, colleges and training providers; 15 interviews with other stakeholders; 31 focus group discussions with young people in Years 10 to 13; a call for evidence to parents, students, professionals and others; and extensive quantitative data analysis.

All feedback will influence the recommendations and the final report which will go to the Review Steering Group for agreement, then to KCC. We anticipate that the full and final report will be published in February 2022.
