The Kent Family Support Framework guidance update from Early Help and Preventative Services (EHPS) is available on the early help toolkit.

This guidance clarifies the process and explains the new upload form which should be used by partner agencies when requesting intensive support from EHPS. This form is easy to use and requires the practitioner to enter their contact information, attach the completed notification form, press submit and make a note of the reference number. You do not need an account, login or password.

This new facility replaces the use of the Secure Kent Workforce Online (SKWO) which is being phased out.
