Youth Mental Health support for boys aged 14 to 17 in Maidstone

Maidstone and Mid-Kent Mind are running a brand-new course of Managing Me in Maidstone this July for young men who would benefit from a little bit of extra support.

The programme, which will begin on 30 July, is designed to support young people as they develop better skills to support their resilience. Over 6 weeks, young men will have the chance to learn more about common mental health problems they may encounter, such as stress, anxiety and depression. They will then be able to proactively implement new coping strategies they learn to build their resilience, preparing them for later life.

The programme will run from 30 July until 27 August.

The programme will run from 10am till 11am, to fit around the Summer Holidays.

This programme is entirely free for young people within the Maidstone area to access.
