The Leney Travelling Awards are available for students who are thinking of taking a gap year and are undertaking a humanitarian project overseas.

The Hugh and Montague Leney (Travelling) Awards Trust

If you are thinking of taking a gap year and doing some sort of charity volunteering or humanitarian project work, then up to £2500 could be yours.

To qualify you need to be at least 16 at the time of your trip and your project should be for a minimum of 4 weeks (although strong applications for shorter periods will still be considered).
