Kooth: Managing Exam Stress workshops

For Stress Awareness Month in April, Kooth’s London and South East Team are delivering a series of workshops for Year 10 to 13 students on managing exam stress.

The workshop will support young people to recognise when they’re feeling stressed and identify helpful ways to cope.

Please note, this workshop is for school classes to join through their teacher and not an individual young person sign up.

The workshop will include:

  • Overview of the signs and symptoms of stress
  • How stress impacts exams
  • Mental health quiz
  • Helpful and unhelpful ways of coping with stress
  • How to access additional help and support through Kooth.

The workshop will be delivered on Zoom and you can choose from the dates and times below:

  • Friday 22 April 2022 from 2pm to 3pm
  • Tuesday 26 April 2022 from 2pm to 3pm
  • Thursday 28 April 2022 from 2pm to 3pm.

You can register for the workshop through the Eventbrite website. Please note, we have limited spaces available, so once we have reached capacity the registration page will automatically be closed.
