HeadStart Kent 2017 Big Conversation Day Event

This is a fantastic and unique opportunity for 13-19 year olds to develop their knowledge and skills and be part of interactive workshops. These include

• positive relationships
• youth mental health
• youth yoga
• resilience domains
• benefits of volunteering.

The event will open with a keynote and inspirational speaker. In the afternoon there will be an interactive question and answer session - the Big Conversation - so young people have the opportunity to ask an expert panel their questions about health and wellbeing. We will have representatives from SATEDA, Mind, Charlie Waller Trust, Addaction, KYCC, Street Games, Catch 22, Imago, Art 31, sexual health and youth work who will be available for an informal chat in the marketplace.

Refreshments and lunch will be provided for all students and staff throughout the day.
