Leading the Leaders: Ofsted and Beyond!

Designed specifically for headteachers, this strategic leadership event will support school leaders in navigating the ongoing educational climate of challenge and change while effectively leading and supporting their teams.

Bringing together sector experts, serving school leaders and Ofsted Inspectors, the conference will explore the latest national and local priorities and help delegates understand what is changing across the education landscape and how these developments can be translated into meaningful school improvement.

Sessions will focus on the key issues currently shaping education, providing practical insight into emerging expectations and the implications for school leaders at all levels.

Delegates will gain a clearer understanding of what leaders need to prioritise now and how schools can prepare for future developments.

Topics to be covered include:

• the latest developments in accountability and inspection
• inclusion and SEND reform
• improving attendance and pupil engagement
• curriculum innovation and implementation
• emerging technologies and their implications for schools
• national and local priorities impacting school leadership.

The day will also include dedicated networking opportunities with colleagues and speakers, alongside a networking lunch provided between 1pm and 2pm.
