This program is aimed to supporting new senior and middle leaders to use the evidence surrounding effective implementation to deliver and sustain change within their areas of school leadership.

The sessions will delve into how we identify and explore areas for improvement in school, plan a strategic theory of change and then support sustained change in busy school settings.
