An introduction to Lego therapy and Zones of Regulation

An informative and enlightening online session combining Lego therapy and Zones of Regulation.

Lego therapy is a fun intervention to develop the language and social communication skills in young people who already use some language. This session will provide an overview of what Lego therapy is and how to implement it in your classroom.

Zones of Regulation aims to teach self-regulation skills by categorising emotions into four colours and identifying regulation strategies. Many young people (and adults) require support to regulate their emotions and stay in a focused state ready to attend to activities.

The cost includes a copy of the presentation and any additional resources or paperwork required for the session.

Book two places, receive the third free.
