2023 Key Stage 4 and Post-16 Results

On 4th July 2023 Christine McInnes, Director of Education, wrote to schools requesting they share their 2023 Key Stage 4 and Post-16 data with the Local Authority.

Please email your school summary data to MIEducation&WiderEH@kent.gov.uk using Appendix A below.

Appendix A – Post-16 Pro Forma and Guidance

Key Stage 4 – deadline 25th August 2023

Please upload your pupil level examination files via Perspective Lite. See guidance in Appendix B below.

Appendix B - KS4 Exam Board File Submission:

  • The vast majority of the results for your pupils will be supplied via direct submission of the Examination Board files.
  • These should be zipped into a single .zip format file to send to the Local Authority via Perspective Lite.
  • If you have results for performance table qualifications not included in Exam Board files then please see the instructions below in Appendix C to generate a CSV file. Please include the output in the zip file mentioned above.

Appendix D - After Submission:

  • Once the files have been submitted, the LA will download and process them. Schools will be contacted to confirm when reporting is available, which will be via the Perspective Lite system.
  • The LA will update you on the approximate proportion of all expected pupils at Key Stage 4 that have been submitted so that you can understand how complete the national, and possibly regional, comparisons are.
