Alongside our flexible teaching resources from Change4Life for Primary schools, you can now also find PSHE lesson plans for Secondary pupils from our new programme, Rise Above for Schools.

We are excited to share our refreshed School Zone website with you, ready for the school year ahead.

Rise Above for Schools

We have now launched Rise Above for Schools - a new initiative providing PSHE resources to support secondary school teachers to promote positive health, wellbeing and resilience among young people aged 11-16.

The materials have been co-created with teachers and the PSHE Association. All resources having received the PSHE Association Quality Mark and are directly linked to health and wellbeing topics on the PSHE curriculum.

Take a look at our interactive lesson plans and videos built around peer-to-peer activities. Topics covered include bullying and cyberbullying, alcohol, positive relationships, smoking, exam stress, online stress and body image in a digital world.

10 Minute Shake Up 2017 certificate

If you sent your Primary pupils home with their Disney inspired Shake Up passports before the summer holidays, you can now reward them for keeping active over the summer with a new certificate.

National Fitness Day - 27 September 2017

Why not kick start the new school year by taking part in National Fitness Day on Wednesday 27 September, organised by ukactive?
